Ardent Mills

Esrock Partners, a marketing agency in the Chicago area hired me to create some food art and a stop motion video for Ardent Mills. Ardent Mills is a milling company that focuses on both traditional flours and alternative grain and is one of the top flour manufacturers in the USA.

They wanted me to use items that create grains, such as garbanzo beans, millet, quinoa, and oat groats, to be used in tandem with fruit to create a picture.
